………………..

Senior Services includes immunizations for flu, most important, measles, we currently have a nationwide outbreak, and Hepatitis A which was nearly unheard of until 2017 when it spiked starting in El Cajon.  To keep these illnesses at bay EDUCATE, GET VACCINATED AND SANITIZE.

Purell is 94% effective whereas the proper handwashing techniques are nearly full proof.

Get the singles shot if you ever had Chicken Pox – there’s a new shot out – get it!

HPV and Meningitis vaccines are very meaningful for our young adults/teens.  Anyone with compromised health should get the flu shot.  Flu can cause pneumonia.

The DPT hots should be had every 10 years.  There are now 2 shots for pneumonia for those over 65 years of age.  Hepatitis A& B shots are available.

Check out the websites with the County of San Diego and the CDC for more information.
