PROGRAM: Financial Review by PP Kiley Grunstad, 2nd VP Bob Sanchez, and Carter Short.
Bob: Reports that 1.75M is the median home price in San Diego County, and with 10% down, the monthly PITI payment exceeds $8,000. There is a strong potential for a 9% increase in values. There has been a 55% increase since 2020. Baby boomers are retiring at the rate of 10,000/month.
Kiley: The 7th largest country to import autos to the US is Slovakia, and more than half of the 16 Million in auto sales are from outside the US. As for the market, the S&P should increase 10% this year. CD rates have fallen 1% from last year, so investors are going into bonds.
This was a great program, and because I was glued to the information, I have not reported everything said.
