Pancake Breakfast
- Pancake breakfast confirmed for October 4
- Date correction needed before LEO attendance planning
- Car show added to breakfast program
- Flyer in preparation for electronic distribution
- Strong response from people bringing cars
- Cars planned along east end of parking lot
- Car exhibitors receive free breakfast; guests pay regular rate
Food Handler Compliance
- Food-handler certifications progressing among LEOs
- Four or five LEOs completing certification
- LEOs declined reimbursement because existing club funding is available
- Kitchen-affiliated certification copies still needed
- Copies requested for submission to relevant contacts
- Colleen’s and speaker’s certificates already available
- Mark Clifton’s copy pending; Bob Acker completed certification
