On Thursday evening, we’re having a Zoom meeting for the MD4 about reporting of our activities. And it’s an ongoing lesson where we will discuss the subject, and then if you have questions, you can. But it’s a lot of what the secretaries learned, and anybody else who is interested, being a president, being a secretary, and knowing how to.

I didn’t want to send an email, not come down. So I decided to come down, square away my past debt with everybody, and then say goodbye in person. |

Membership Growth
District Membership Target
District goal: reach 269 members.
Plan includes four new clubs with 23 members each.
District reported 102 new members already.
Service-Based Recruitment
Liz Yo urged members to invite prospects to service projects rather than administrative meetings.
Car show, fishing activities, community service, and other engaging events identified as recruitment opportunities.
Core message: more participants create more service capacity and potential members.
Community Assessment Approach
Clubs encouraged to survey community needs and use findings to guide recruitment.
Presentations to city councils and membership information nights suggested as outreach methods.
Vision screening and school support identified as potential community-facing projects.
Leo And Parent Recruitment
Club’s Leo program described as active and recently rebuilt as a community-based club.
Members encouraged to work with schools and parent groups to connect students with volunteer opportunities.
Parents may be recruited through participation and supervision of youth service activities.
