COMMUNICATIONS/ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Treasurer Paul T reported on our financial health YTD.  The General Fund has nearly $28K+, Activities Fund has nearly $12K, City of Hope $642 and accounts receivable $14K.  The pancake breakfast gross income $6100 and netted $4656.

DEC 10th – ECVH LC Christmas Party/Dinner Elks Lodge 6 PM

DEC 12TH – ECVH LC Board Meeting 6 PM Elks Lodge Conference Room

DEC 20th – Holiday Baskets assembly & packing at Tom Hoban’s back lot 5 PM

DEC 21st – Holiday Baskets loading & delivery from Hoban’s back lot 8 AM

We will prepare and deliver 80 Christmas baskets this year.  PP Tom H will ‘cover’ the 80 turkeys required to complete the baskets.  THANKS AGAIN TOM.

  Bob Moreau’s daughter Cathy, owner of Brothers Restaurant in Grantville, will prepare pies-for-donations for our members who wish for a delicious pie and want to donate to the Christmas Basket program.
