.PP Gary Sims – Sign-up sheets for Del Mar are on the tables each week.
.Warren McKenna says there will be a cap/hat contest for men and women at our Del Mar event. $100 to the overall winner. Warren’s wife will assist you in decorating if you wish.
.Treasurer Paul T gave a financial report. After 11 months, we are within $500 of our budget.
.Dick Nasif presented proposed foundation trustees for a vote and the following were elected: PP Don Anthony, PP Tom Hoban, Cathy Zemen, Carol Livesay. Joining them are the President-Elect’s appointments of 1st VP-Elect Bob Sanchez, 2nd VP-Elect Penny Duane, and PP Yvonne Paris.
CALENDAR OF UPCOMING EVENTS:
June 25th – ECVH LC fishing at Lake Cuyamaca for Camp Jack Lions Day. Lunch at the camp (Whispering Winds) after (see Paul W)
JULY 8TH – ECVH LC INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS, The Brig 6 PM. Sign up asap as there is limited seating. The cost will be subsidized by the club down to approximately $12.50 pp
JULY 10TH – ECVH LC Board Meeting 6 PM Elks Lodge Conference Room
JULY 17th – ECV LC Foundation Board Meeting 6 PM Elks Conference Room
JULY 25th – ECVH LC Day at the Races $27 sign-ups begin June 2nd (Gary Sims)
