ANNOUNCEMENTS/GOOD OF THE ORDER:

.Coleen is in need of donations for the Gunsmoke Silent Auction; baskets, gift cards, items to put into baskets or larger stand-alone items. 

.Paul T asks that ticket stubs and money be handed in as soon as possible for our Gunsmoke event.

.Penny graduated from El Cajon Citizen Academy this past Saturday.  CONGRATULATIONS!

.PDG Len presented the 2nd reading of the proposed slate of officers for 2023-24.  The 3rd and final reading will be May 8th with voting to follow immediately afterward.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU      

Bill Sturgeon 5/4, Keith MacArthur 5/5, Roger Stebleton 5/8, Carl Ruiz 5/27, Phil Smith 5/29.  Only 2 of our Birthday Boys were present so they alone had to endure our rendition of the Happy Birthday Song.

GOOD CHEER: PP Gary Robinson is going in for surgery Wed 5/3, please keep him in your prayers.

May 20th – ECVH LC Annual Gunsmoke Casino Night. 

May 23rd – 8AM Johnson Elementary School Flag Day Program

1st Veep Carl Ruiz:

Gunsmoke Committee has a lot of enthusiasm for our event on May 20th so help out by selling tickets and donating to the silent auction.

.Penny is in charge of sponsorships for our Gunsmoke casino night.  They are available in increments of $100, $250, $500, $1000 and, $5000.

Coleen is in charge of the Silent Auction.  She is asking for donations of money and/or items for ‘baskets”.
