.Treas Paul T reported on the clubs financial health.  32K+ in combined accounts; assets exceed 50K.  The Board approved sending City of Hope $1300 and paid $1500 to the Singing Hills Little League.

.PP Tom N reported JR3 will assist him with the programs for his eventual takeover of the position.

.Sec Paul reported Lions Night at the Padres is May 30 at Petco Park. $68 which includes a $20 food voucher.

.Prez Keith presented JR3 with his permanent name badge
