.Newbie Fabian Vereda was inducted as our newest member by PDG Len. His sponsor is PP Bruce. Lion Fabian was born and raised in Argentina and moved to San Diego County in 2001. He is married (32 years) and has 3 children (2 girls and 1 boy), none live at home. Fabian owns Aamco Transmission on Johnson in El Cajon. They perform all types of repairs and can do smog checks. PP Roger endorses Aamco via his personal experience with his travel van.
.Sec/Student Speaker Chair Paul W asked for help with our upcoming club contest on Feb 12th. Many members volunteered for the needed positions, PP Moreau, Sims, Clifton, Robinson, PDG Len and Treasure Paul T. Thanks to all as the contest can’t be done without volunteers.
.1st Veep Chris gave an update on PP Ray H and Dorothy. Ray wants to make sure his “Ray’s Ramblings” slot is held open for his imminent return.
.PP Roger was summoned to the podium and 1st Veep Chris presented him with the Gold Centennial Membership Award pin. Congrats.

PP BOB’S BOMBERS WILL TEMPORARILY REPLACE PP RAY’S RAMBLINGS:
PP Bob Moreau first shared a funny story about PP Elmer Vierkant who was undoubtedly one of the best joke tellers.
Todays joke was about a wedding ceremony wherein the question was asked about whether anyone objected to the marriage. When a lady walked up the aisle carrying a baby everyone was shocked and bewildered. The preacher asked why she came forward to which she responded “I couldn’t hear back there!”.
