1st Veep Rob Ransweiler:  Progress

2nd Veep Carl Ruiz:  We will have a Student Speakers contest to be held at our first meeting in February, 2/3/2022. 

3rd Veep – Keith MacArthur:

 

Bob Moreau gave thanks for members and LEO Club volunteers who gathered, notified, packed and distributed food to our 80 families.  $8,800 was raised by members to cover costs.  Another banner year for our club – congratulations to all involved but especially Bob and Mary Moreau.

SPEAKER: 

District Governor Jennifer Mendoza spoke of her background and that the District has gained 136 members since 7/1/2021.  The MD-4 Convention will be held at the Wyndham San Diego Bayside Hotel on Feb 25-27, 2022.  Jan 15, 2022 is the Melvin Jones Fellowship Luncheon (see club calendar of Upcoming Events).  District 4-L6 Convention will be held April 30-May 1, 2022 in Yuma, AZ.  Governor Jenn asked for clubs to submit 2 names of members for consideration in the choosing of recipients for the International Presidential Award and the International Leadership Award.  Deadline for submissions is Jan 15th so get your nominations in to Sec Paul by January 6th.
