PROGRAM: Board Meeting Recap
Financial Overview and Fundraising
The club reported a solid financial position with strategic fundraising efforts driving asset growth and planned expenditures.
The current financial snapshot shows $xxxxx in assets with $xxxxx cash and receivables as of April, reflecting strong liquidity
The activities account began the year at $xxxxx and increased by nearly $xxxxx through fundraising efforts
The general fund started at $xxxxx but is $xxxxx in deficit due to planned overspending on events
The club budgeted for a $xxxxx rent expense and is facing a $xxxxx shortfall in income this year
April fundraising was especially strong, raising over $xxxxx including a $xxxxx event and additional collections from City Hope and the LEOS Club (
The eyeglass program fitted 17 kits in April, totaling nearly 35 so far this year
Fundraiser success offset some income decreases caused by client giving patterns and happy dollars
Board approved distribution of $xxxxx available for charitable giving this year, including allocations to City Hope, LCIF, LEO scholarships, and future projects
$xxxxx reserved as seed money for next year’s Gun Smoke event to mitigate sponsorship risks
