:

PP Tom Hoban, Winner of March Business Meeting Opportunity Drawing

Tom has been in real estate management for 42 years.  He attended junior college and then went on to SDSU for his degree.  He learned finance and is convinced that ‘he who has the money makes the rules.’  Tom began in property management in 1997 when PP Gordon Bush hired him to manage a property in his portfolio.

Tom said being good, kind, and compassionate costs nothing.

Today, 5000 units are being managed by Hoban Management.  Tom has a 550-unit apartment complex in his portfolio with his partner Eric.

Our very own Zach is being positioned to run the company when ‘the time comes’.
