Our Pres. found his ‘stolen’gavel, which he had all the time but couldn’t locate, so he apologized for accusing our illustrious members of stealing it.

April 25th – ECVH LC and ECV HS LEO Club joint meeting 11:30 Sharp Event Center at El Cajon Valley High School.  Pizza will be served.  Bring $ to donate to our LEO Club

A LITTLE ABOUT:  Newbie Bob Sanchez

Bob has been a Realtor since 2005.  He gave some tips on refinancing if your property is held in a Trust.  Further discussion on Prop 13 and its effects on inherited real estate.
