Cat Zeman
Cat started drum lessons at the age of 14. She played in her high school Pep Band and All-State Band, and then at SDSU, she was in the Pep Band and the Marching Band. Her first professional gig was at age 19. They had a residency at a hotel in Alaska and played the Calgary Stampede. She then returned to college to finish her degree while also playing with an all-girls band.
At age 20 Cat began her real estate investing interest. She worked with her Dad, Vic, in his mortgage business, for years. Cat also began the Downtown Business Partners group and began playing her drums again, quite often to be seen and heard with her band at the Promenade on concert nights.
