Membership Engagement and Retention

The club is facing challenges with membership growth and engagement, signaling a need for renewed recruitment efforts.

No new members added this year highlights a stagnation in recruitment and retention efforts

The directory was updated but did not include any new members compared to last year

This gap was noted by the first vice president, emphasizing the need to increase outreach

Maintaining current members is stable, but growth is essential for club vitality

A renewed focus on recruitment campaigns and member engagement activities is intended to reverse this trend.

Business Cards to invite people to lunch were discussed.

Discussion around creating a card with lunch invitations on the back for member outreach

Estimated cost: $20 per card, to be collected next week.
