HAPPY DOLLARS/FINES: TT _Bob Acker____________________________

Dyna Jones$50I want to give $50 to honor our fathers here.  Happy Father’s Day.  But also, we had a great time camping.  State Park somewhere in Descantes.  So, I hike maybe 12 miles for two days.  That’s hard, but I survive.  I’m here.
Paul Tremblay$5Had a nice Father’s Day, was treated to dinner and a movie by my son and his family.  And tonight my daughter is taking me to the Padre Game.
Walt Simmons$5I’m just happy to be with all these great lions.
Chris Bramwell$20He’s sorting through the 50s and hundreds right now, looking for a 20.
Mark Clifton$100Closed Escrow on New Condocredited the club for business success and property acquisition, demonstrating tangible benefits of membership.Gratitude was expressed for support from fellow members, reinforcing the club’s role as a network for opportunity.
Coleen Owens$20I missed three meetings.  Welcome.  I’m happy to be back.  You guys are always fun to be around.  And he’s not here, so I can brag about his daughter because he hates it when I brag about his kids.  But Paige graduated from high school two weeks ago on Thursday with a 4.0 GPA, and she got a fellowship to Cal Baptist University.  And she got two other scholarships.  So of course I said on Facebook how much they were, and I got her, called me instantly, said, get that off Facebook.  Anyhow.  My Maui kids were here for two weeks, and we went, I think, about $12,000 worth of funds.  Yeah, it was going to happen that day.  They went home Saturday night.
Grant Thiem III$20Travel Recap focusing on architecture and pricing trends. He described visits to Lake Como and local wineries, noting rising property prices and market dynamics. The trip included social events like weddings, providing context for understanding tourism’s impact on real estate.Discussions highlighted the importance of pricing properties correctly in a growing market.
Tom Normandie$5Appointed to the Foundation.
