So we had a board meeting the other night, and the Vice Presidents are just moving up. the 3rd VP will be the  2nd VP

The 2nd VP will be the 1st VP

This is in accordance with the international bylaws.

And as a result of that meeting, we need a third VP.

And as usual, it hard to find somebody willing to take a position.

Thank goodness Kat Zeman has agreed to do it.

But one thing, by the bylaws, we have to have a little election.

This is the first of the announcements that will be made.

Today is  October 13, and I believe the election will be on October 27.  That will be a meeting where we’ll be doing the election.

Although there’s 1 person running, we still have to have a ballot, have the candidate’s name on it.

It’ll be done in the meeting where you’ll be checking her name off, and we’ll make it official after that date.

Election Process Announcement

The election meeting is scheduled for October  27th, with 1 candidate running. Kat Zeman

| Participants interested in running for positions should express their interest before the voting date.

Committee chairs are to ensure all positions are filled and ready for the upcoming election.

2nd VP Grant Thiem III: ___Eyeglass Program Chris Bramwell is not here today____

3rd VP: Xmas Baskets

Mark Clifton: Oh, yes, I am going over to Grocery Outlet to make sure they’re all on board for the Xmas Baskets

We don’t have a date yet before Christmas.

Probably 19. It’ll be December, right?
