New Members Ceremony :

PDG Mercy Walters:

The main focus is the induction of new members into the Lions Club, emphasizing the club’s global service network and the importance of kindness and community service. The new members are welcomed into the world’s largest service organization, Lions International, and are reminded of their responsibilities, including attendance, participation in activities, and adherence to the Lions Code of Ethics. The induction ceremony concludes with the new members officially becoming members of the club.

Yvonne Paris reports that George Hurst has been in the hospital the last few days but is coming home Tuesday. She sent flowers from the club on Saturday. We want to wish him a speedy recovery.
