.Sec Paul cleaned up the stand for our new bell to sit atop and it looks terrific.  Thanks Paul

.Oct 27th Alpine Lions Dog Show at Summers Past Farms 11:30-4PM

.Carter Short taking reservations for our guided tour at Scripps Institution of Oceanography facility on Nov 8th (Thurs).  We need to be there by 10:30AM.  Sounds like a fun outing!

.1st Veep Chris visited PP Wally several times last week and did some shopping for him, took him to lunch and spent time chatting. 


PP Yvonne invited everyone to El Cajon Valley High School’s Friday night game as the football field will be dedicated to our own Daryl Priest (Alumni) for his ongoing generosity to the school but in particular the schools’ Athletic Department.

PP RAY’S RAMBLINGS:  A talking dog was for sale.  The owner was willing to sell the dog for $10 because the dog lied about his own life experiences.

 
 

HAPPY DOLLARS:

Bob “The Hatchet Man” was hard at work but did quite well bearing down on members such as

George Hurst who donated his $5 worth of 50/50 tickets to the basket saying that’s more than he ever got out of Acker when George was a Tail Twister (see 50/50 drawing results below).

Winner of Attendance Drawing:  Roger Stebleton  MIA   will be $50 next meeting

 
 

Winner of 50/50 Drawing : Was $69 to the winner but that was George Hurst who had put his tickets into the Happy Dollar basket so the full $137 went to the club
